Mr. J. H. Purchased a Four Cell Deluxe Apartment Complex painted green and a Wood Post mounting bracket to install his bat house on a Hugh Oak tree in his back yard.

The bat house faces southeast. Thanks to family members, they were able to mount the bat house 30 ft. up from ground level with lots of clear space above and around the house so the bats have a free flight path.

"I've seen bats flying around our yard and thought it would be fun to have a house, so I did some research on bat house manufactures before I choose your bat house for my backyard installation. I thought your houses looked to be of much better quality than others I'd seen, and all the measurements were correct. Phil was also responsive to my questions, and you also sold the brackets to mount the house so I didn't have to go to the hassle of making my own."

Mr. N lives In an area about 26 miles west of Fort Worth Texas that gets very hot, 95 to over 100 degrees in mid summer, so he choose our new light paint shade, (Kidskin) a light tan. He also purchased our single pole mounting bracket to install his bat house on. He was fortunate enough to have an old flagpole mast to install the new house on. A 20' above ground level pole worked just fine for Mr. N.

The day Mr. N. decided to install his new bat house it was 65 degrees, not a hot day in Texas but a nice day to be outside so he and two of his friends went to work and by days end the house was up and ready for tenets next spring.
