Our Guarantee Policy
All of our products are guaranteed to meet or exceed the descriptions on our web site. If you are not completely satisfied, BatsBirdsYard.com will replace the product/s or refund your money upon return receipt of the product less any shipping, handling and processing charges that BatsBirdsYards.com incurred on the original order.
- The customer is responsible for the return postage of all merchandise and the package must be insured for the purchase value.
- Merchandise must be returned undamaged in the original shipping container.
- The customer must notify BatsBirdsYard.com of your intention to return a product within 72 hours from date of receipt. Contact Us.
- Upon receipt of your order, closely inspect the shipment to make sure all items are in good condition and have not been damaged during shipping. If you find a damaged item, you must contact the carrier to file a damage claim report within 24 hours from receipt of the product.
- You MUST take 4 or more photos of the damaged carton and product inside the carton and forward them to us within 24 hours from receipt of product.
- Ship the damaged product back to us. We will refund your shipping charges.
- If you wish to cancel your order prior to manufacturing, we must be notified by email with your name, address and order number. Once your order has been processed through the PayPal system there will be a reduction in your refund subject to PayPal processing fee, returned funds by certified mail fee and a 10% of invoice handling fee.
