All of our playhouses are handcrafted from Northern Cedar except for the floor joist. We start with rough cut lumber, kiln dry it, then plane it down on one side so it is all of equal thickness with a smooth surface for the interior side of the structure. All floor joist are made of pressure treated two inch by six inch lumber. Approximate outside dimensions of the children’s playhouse are 8’ x 6’2”. Approximate inside dimensions are 5’10” x 5’10” with a six foot ceiling height. Prices starting at $1,095.00
