Bat House Installation Questionnaire
We will need three (3) digital photos of the area with a stake in the ground indicating the location. Forward the photos to us for evaluation of your bid.Customer will be required to contact their state’s utility notification system to make sure there are no underground wires or gas pipes in the area. In Michigan, contact MISS DIG at 800-482-7171 or 811. A reference number must be furnished to us prior to scheduling your installation and all flags placed by the utility notification system must remain in the ground until we arrive.
